At Crescent, we value your satisfaction and want you to have the best shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

 

Return Policy: How It Works

 

1. You can request a return within 7 days of product delivery.

2. Most items are returnable, except for lingerie, accessories, and select swimwear. Please check the product details page for specific return eligibility.

3. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order.

4. The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Return Pickup & Refund Process


We offer two types of return pickups:

1. Instant Refund Pickup – If the item passes the quality check at the time of pickup, the refund will be processed immediately.

2. Warehouse Quality Check – If the item is sent to our warehouse for inspection, the refund will be processed only after it meets our quality standards.

If the item fails the quality check, no refund will be issued.

 

How to Initiate a Return?

 

You can submit a return request directly through our Crescent website or Email us:

1. Go to Contact Us page on Crescent Website Or Email us at support@crescentgibbous.com

2. Mention all the details of your order like order number.

3. Tell the reason for return and provide any additional details.

4. Upload images of the item(s) you wish to return for verification.

5. Enter pickup details and, if applicable, bank details for COD orders.

6. Submit your request and wait for approval.

Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup based on your preferred date and time (subject to availability).

 

Refund Details

 

1. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method.

2. Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to your bank account (details required during the return process).

3. Refunds will only be issued for the item price. Shipping fees, COD service charges, or other additional fees are non-refundable.

4. The refund process typically takes [7-14] business days after return approval.

 

Exceptions & Important Rules

 

1. If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned along with the purchased product.

2. Crescent is not responsible for any items mistakenly returned.

3. If an order is rejected upon delivery, a Convenience Fee will not be refunded.

4. Returns that violate Crescent’s fair usage policy may result in shipping or convenience fees being non-refundable.
